TIM KARPF ( P is silent)

Tim received his BA degree is Speech Communication from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. He has extensive professional sales background working in the air travel industry for many years.

While in the Northeast Tim served as the Executive Director of the Connecticut Waterfowl Association. He has preformed extensive work in land and wetland conservation,Waterfowl and wildlife management. As an avid hunter and Rancher, Tim also has close family heritage ties to Texas Ranching Legends. Tim proudly manages his own ranch near Cisco, Texas with his wife Laura, their two grown children and three Labs.

Tim and his wife Laura share their love for Tennis as well. Tim was also a U.S.P.T.A. Recreational Coach. Laura serves in the Professional Tennis arena. Besides being a Pro herself, she has a P1 rating in the U.S.P.T.A. along with representing the U.S.T.A. all over the Country.

Tim is well diversified including experience as Oil and Gas Land-man. We believe this will be invaluable when negotiating details of purchase and or sale of your property.
